Job Summary: Seeking for a General Accountant with bachelor\\\\'s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or related field. Responsibilities will include Analyze accounting process, identify issues, and perform research on all solutions to ensure efficient workflows. Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards in Microsoft Dynamics SL. Prepare Cash Projection reports that summarize and forecast business activities and its financial position in areas of income, expenses and earnings based on present and expected transactions to develop budgeting system to control expenditures. Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports like 8-k, 10-k and 10-Q reports utilizing excel and Microsoft Dynamics SL generated financial reports and excel sheets.Prepare Accounts Receivable reconciliation compared to third party logistics in excel.Enter Journal transactions for month end and quarter end close in Microsoft Dynamics SL.Follow up with a third-party logistics regarding the accounts receivable and discounts and other long outstanding invoices. Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly Financial Statements. Prepare and examine financial records of the company and ensure accuracy. Maintain and perform regular update on accounting systems on an everyday basis. Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, prepare periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs using excel. Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts in excel and SL Dynamics. Qualifications:
Bachelor\\\\'s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or closely related specialized IT/Quantitative field of study. Must have experience with statistical concepts and applying statistical techniques such as regression, naïve Bayes, decision trees, clustering, factor analysis, time series, random forest, gradient boosting algorithms, etc. to solve business problems.
- Experience in using statistical computer language (Python, R etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large sets.
- Solid knowledge of SQL in its various forms for traditional databases and distributed computing environments.
- Demonstrated proficiency in a programming language or analytic tool such as SAS, Python and Tableau.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
